The Board of Review meets 3 times per year, in March, July and December. These meetings are held on dates specified by State Law.

Special Meetings: When a special meeting of the Laketon Township Board of Trustees or the Laketon Township Planning Commission is necessary, notice of the meeting is posted at the Township Hall at least 18 hours in advance, as required by law. Public Hearings: When a public hearing is necessary, it is noticed by publication in a newspaper of general circulation (The Muskegon Chronicle) as required by law. Laketon Township Zoning Board of Appeals - Alternate opening
Any resident interested in serving the community on the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) should submit a resume to the Township Board of Trustees. Currently the opening is for alternate members. For details on the position, please contact one of the elected officials.
