U.S. PASSPORT - Application Acceptance Location
Applications for U.S. Passports can now be accepted by the Laketon Township Clerk, Christina Acterhoff, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call Mrs. Acterhoff at 231-744-2454 with questions or for an appointment.
Fee Information:
Passport fees must be paid by check or money order made payable to the "Department of State". In addition to the passport fees, there is a $25.00 execution fee charged per passport application, this fee is payable to Laketon Township and can be paid by cash, check or money order
