Posted below you will find the Township's Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map.
The Zoning Ordinance was adopted in 2006 and has had several amendments adopted since that time. The document posted below is current through amendments adopted in April 2010.
Also posted below, is a flowchart showing the process different development types must go through to gain approval from the Township. Please also be aware that there are fees and costs for the different types of requests that can be made to Laketon Township. A chart of fees, as adopted by the Laketon Township Board on 12/17/2009, is posted below.
